Systems Group, Defense Electronics Systems Div., Woodland Hills, Calif., is
being awarded a $50,067,115 firm-fixed-price contract for the Low Rate
Initial Production (LRIP) II of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile
(AARGM). This contract provides for the conversion of 37 government
furnished AGM-88B High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles (HARM) into AGM-88E
AARGM All-Up Round (AUR)/Captive Air Training (CATM) missile systems for the
Navy (33) and the government of Italy (4), including related supplies and
services. Work will be performed in Woodland Hills, Calif. (75
percent); Rocket Center, W.V. (11 percent); Piacenza, La Spezia, Italy (6
percent); Rome, Italy (6 percent); Clearwater, Fla. (2 percent), and
is expected to be completed in February 2012. Contract funds will not

is being awarded a maximum $39,076,075 firm-fixed-price,
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to modernize U.S. Marine
Corps range training systems with various types of automated and
non-automated target equipment and simulators. The contract includes a
mix of systems and logistics engineering, design, development and systems
integration as well as training, installation and delivery of the range training
systems. Work will be performed on various Marine Corps installations
across the continental United States and overseas in Hawaii and Japan.
Individual delivery orders will be issued under the basic contract which will
identify specific locations. These locations and percentage of work
being completed there won’t be available until the delivery orders are
issued. Work is expected to be completed August 2013. Contract
funds in the amount of $1,579,637 will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured with four offers
received. Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the
contracting activity. · The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo.,
is being awarded a $65,999,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement
of 32 Lot 85 Harpoon missile bodies (HMB) for the government of Taiwan; 4
Harpoon canister grade “B” missiles for the government of Canada; and
associated spares and support. In addition, this contract provides for
the procurement of Harpoon missile spares for the governments of Canada, the
Netherlands, Portugal, Japan, the United Kingdom, Israel, Pakistan, Turkey
and Singapore, to include containers; Block II guidance section upgrade kits;
wire bundle assemblies; and guidance control units. Work will be performed

engineering, manufacture and development of the small tactical unmanned

Goleta, Calif., is being awarded a $23,935,331 performance-based logistics
requirements contract for supply support for weapons replaceable assemblies
used in support of the F/A-18 A/B/E/F aircraft. Work will be performed

Tucson, Ariz. (5 percent); Forest, Miss. (5 percent); and El Segundo, Calif.

services for Enhanced Tactical Automated Security System surveillance,

structural upgrades, site improvements and anti-terrorism force

International Inc., Clearwater, Fla., was awarded on July 16 a $23,500,000
indefinite/delivery-indefinite/quantity contract. This contract is for Inertial Navigation Unit sole source to
Honeywell International Inc. Work is to be performed in Clearwater,
Fla., with an estimated completion date of May 15, 2012. One bid

new 1,400 square meter addition to tan existing simulator facility.
Construction will consist of structural steel, concrete masonry unit,
exterior and a standing seam metal roof. Heating ventilation, air condition,
fire detection suppression and access control/intrusion detection systems are
required. A bridge crane, emergency generator, unlimited power supply,
furnishing all utilities and parking are included. Construction phasing
and leadership energy environmental design certification are required.
Unexercised options in the amount of $200,000 are available for future
execution by the government. Work is to be performed in Hulbert
Field, Fla., with an estimated completion date of Nov. 18, 2011.

for the definitized letter contract to procure Army/Marine Corps requirements
for the fiscal 2009-2011 Javelin hardware program. Work is to be

percent), with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2014. One bid

support of the AN/BVY-1 Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS).
Services will include design, development, testing, reverse engineering,
technology insertion/refreshment, engineering services, field engineering
services, and system support. The ISIS provides mission critical,
all-weather, visual, and electronic search, digital image management,
indication, warning, and platform architecture interface capabilities for
attack submarine (nuclear propulsion) (SSN) - SSN688 (Los Angeles class); SSN
21 (Seawolf class); submersible, ship, guided, nuclear (SSGN Ohio class); and
SSN 774 (Virginia class) submarines with potential for ship, submersible,
